When I found this recipe in my blogging friend - Ania, I thought “ya right", but was curious, so I gave it a try!
It looks so creamy and tastes great.
I love this mousse!
Ingredients {for one person}
1 avocado
1 banana
6 tbsp chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Put all the ingredients in blender or food processor + blend until smooth.
enjoy!
This looks so good, but I can't eat bananas! Do you think there is something else that would make a good substitute?
ReplyDeleteraw agave nectar, vanillia extract - I find this http://www.forgivingmartha.com/2011/06/avocado-chocolate-pudding.html
DeleteYummy! I love avocado. It's good with almost anything because it has a really mild flavor.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I gave you an award. :)
