Renewed the wardrobe. KIDS ROOM DECOR #4

The next step in renewal of my child's room.

To renew the wardrobe, I use a paper map and Magnetic Chalkboard Paint. The map I bought for less than 4 pounds in the store The Works. One map was enough to the front of the wardrobe. In addition to the decoration I cut out the shape of a train of felt and made garlands.

Kids Bedding and Accessories. KIDS ROOM DECOR #6

Shortly before the birth of my second boy I had time to sew linen and bag toys for son's room. When I chose the materials I thought about how much my son loves choo-choo trains, and I love minimalism. I made a sheet at the stars, and the cover duvet cover with one hand has a star, on the other trains. My son loves it, do I.

In the same fabrics as the sheet and duvet cover I made cute owls for my children. Owls love not only my children, so you can buy quite similar in my Etsy shop. I painted these owls.

On another wall there are new stars. Kai's room almost finished. I would like to make furniture, I can not wait to do so.

...and in bed, he can read a book to his younger brother

twinkle twinkle little star - KIDS ROOM DECOR #5

Some time ago I made another step in renewing Kai's room . Some have seen in my Instagram photos, which of course welcome.
This time I decided to decorate the wall of the room. I chose the stars, because Kai likes them and I knew that he will be glad and I wasn't wrong.
To do the stars I used vinyl wallpaper. Stars of vinyl wallpaper is very easy to sticking and easy to remove, which is important when renting a flat (though I don't give a 100% guarantee).

Looking at the arrangement of yellow stars, if you guessed what it might mean? It is a constellation of stars of the zodiac fish, under which my son was born. As we finished stick stars, my son Kai was  watching and he smiled.

Theme of stars is quite popular, but spite of its popularity is charming.
To the theme of stars I will come back on the occasion of the preparation for Nerio corner. And how do you like this theme?

Kid's Room Decor #3. Pillow covers tutorial.

Another change in my little boy's room. This time I've sewn pillow covers. I have prepared for you easy tutorial, how to sew pillow cover?

Step1. Measure your pillow.
Step2. Cut front and back pieces. Back pieces should be about 10 inches longer.
Step 3. Cut the back piece in half, next fold long edge over and sew 2x.
Step 4. Position fabric pieces and pin together.
Step 5. Sew around edges.
Step 6. Flip right sides out.

Done.

Of course, finishes is an individual matter :-).

Currently, I almost have done my son's wardrobe. About this soon.
And tomorrow, I and my blogging friend invite you to join our photography project.
