Autumn is fast approaching, mornings are getting colder. What am I saying - colder !? This year in Scotland should I say the weather is the same as in the summer, but the days are shorter.

Looking forward to Spring ...

Finally some light at the end of the long winter but it is still very cold.

This hat is made in a sunflower yellow. Lightweight and warm, it can be worn most of the year.
Current weather is similar, and winter is not begun. We need sun and heat, and summer ends here. What a day?

Crochet Storage - what's new at my Etsy Shop #3

 In my shop there is something for addicts monochromatic colours. I already have my own black and white baskets, and now you can have them. This little baskets would be perfect in a baby's room to help organize all the little odds and ends, or in the bathroom to hold hair clips, hair ties, and fingernail polish, etc.

Crochet Angry Bird and Green Pig

Being a mother of two children is not easy, but I believe it is easier than taking care of one, maybe it is experienced. I sometimes I break my rules about watching TV via my child, or videos on you tube, then my son sitting and blind in these treacherous box - TV. So, I did crochet angry byrds. I'm crocheting just round the body, the rest have I done with felt - easy. Piggies are not identical, but it is not important, my son had a great fun, and I can sit at the computer for a while.

 Son requested a slingshot yet, so dad looking for a suitable stick.

Halloween - Crocheted Spider Web and Egg Carton Bat.

Inspiration for crochet spider web on the irony ;-) I found this on the web. It is quite popular Halloween decoration, but I love it and I had to make a small spider on the web for me.

The Crochet Pouf is ideal for kids who love to sit on the floor. You can use it as floor pillows around the house or a kids' room.

Double Loop Crochet Infinity Scarf Pattern.

This pattern would be great for beginners. Yarn and hook choice will also affect how many chains you'll need.  

...so, start by chaining 100 and then add more from there if needed, to get the length you want {wrap it around your neck twice to check}.

How I made it

Row 1: Ch 130, join with slip stitch. Try not to twist your chain.
Row 2: Ch 2, dc {double loop crotchet} in each chain around (150). Slip stitch to join.
Row 3-13: Repeat row 2. Fasten off and weave in ends.

This is my first pattern so if I need to make correction please let me know.

Hello my readers

Recently, I have very little time. Sometimes it is not easy to accept full-time job of being a mother of a wonderful boy, wife of a wonderful man and my passion. The day is too short for all this, but I'm trying. I hope that in May, I can post more stuff in my little shop on the etsy.

The pictures are hair clips for girls, soon you will be able to find in my shop.

Another my crochet work. This time, for a girl. Adorable and cute this little headband will add a nice touch to the 1st pictures. It can be a nice addition to a wardrobe of your little princess.

Planning a first birthday. Octopus Finger Puppets.

Our son's first birthday is coming up soon  and we are planning a small party with family and friends. We are doing an ocean theme party  because in Hawaiian, Kai (Our son's name) means "ocean" or "ocean water".

Although, your little one isn't going to remember that special day, throwing a first birthday party is a must :-)

Goodie bags.

I am not a fan of ready-made goodie bags, but I really like the idea .
