Banana and peanuts cake - gluten free.

It was another busy week. Time flies when you're having fun. I try to enjoy every moment and I'm looking for blog inspiration which I can do with my son.

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour - gluten-free
50 g coconut butter
1 egg
2 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 - 2 ripe bananas, mashed
50 g raisins
1/2 cup organic natural peanut butter (no added sugar and salt)
Dash of cinnamon or ground mixed spice, to taste 

Method
Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl. Beat the dry ingredients into the wet mixture till smooth and sticky.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and place in the center of the pre-heated oven {180ºC, then reduce the temperature 160ºC}. 

Bake until done - about 45 to 60 minutes {a wooden pick inserted into the center emerges clean)
