YOU WILL NEED
small balloons
old newspapers
glue of flour
twine
glitter
glue stick
acrylick medium (not necessary)
ribbon
How to make glue from plain flour?
300 ml hot water
50 g plain flour
Put the plain flour in the bowl and add hot water to make the mixture liquid. Wait until it cools down.
We had a lot of fan with small balloons before we made a Christmas baubles.
When the baubles are ready you can do decorate with twine and glitter.
For better results you can use acrylic medium.
