The Apple Pie.

Every day, more dark, cold and more rain. It's autumn in Scotland. Unfortunately, I know that it will raining to the spring, so we need something sweet to these days.
I decided to bake a pie. I don't like complicated recipe so after reading a few I created something simpler. Sometimes the consequence of my decisions are culinary failure. I think that this time the experiment was a success ;-)

Ingredients:
500 g plein four
1 kg of apples
Sugar and cinnamon to taste
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
240 g  butter (unsalted)
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 eggs
1 lemon

;-)  ... a little bit of Halloween.

In part for my Little Gourmet I didn't use sugar.

Sunny ;-)

Mix together the flour, butter, baking powder, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, sugar to taste, 5 egg yolks and 4 eggs whites.

Before baking. For about 1 hour.
One part of the cake, I put the fridge, and the second part put in the freezer.

Grate apples put 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice and a little grate the lemon, but be careful not to grate any of the white pith.

Ad 1 egg whites and cinnamon, sugar to taste and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
For my child was a cake without sugar.

Pull out cake from the fridge and put on a baking pan. Next put the prepared apples and grate cake from the freezer.

Preheat the oven to 180 st.C/gas mark 4.

What does my little baby do? Patiently waiting. :-)

Bake the apple pie for about 40-45 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
