Bean and Vegetable Chili.

I cook for the whole family with a view to our 7 month son, we fed him BLW (Baby Led Weaning) method.

Ingredients:
1 large onions , finely chopped
1 red bell pepper (without seeds, cut into thick sticks)
1 fresh jalapeño chile, finely chopped (including seeds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
 ground cumin, salt, dark soy souce
250 g cherry tomatoes, coarsely chopped, with juice
150 g  green beans
150 g  broccoli
 6 baby corn
1cans kidney beans, rinsed
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation:
 1. Prepare the ingredients.

 2. Fry the onion in oil until soft and set aside.
 3. Add spices and other vegetables and simmer, covered, until soft (about 25 minutes).
4. Finally, add the red beans and simmer another 5-10 minutes.
 5. Best served with couscous.

  1. Interesting recipe - I've never heard of putting green beans and broccoli in chili, but it's a great way to get more vitamins. I'll have to give it a try this winter!

    1. try, me and my son recommended :-). Often I add to my recepe what I have at home (chili - we love it)
